Does the watermark scale relative to each image?

Yes. Watermark size is expressed as a percentage of the image width, so it scales proportionally for each image in the batch. A watermark set to 25% will occupy a quarter of the width regardless of whether the image is 800px wide or 4000px wide.

Can I use a PNG logo as the watermark for the whole batch?

Yes. Upload your logo once in logo mode and it will be applied to every image in the batch at the same position and opacity. Use a PNG with a transparent background for the cleanest result.
